Standard and Express Shipping for Orders Under $150:

For all orders under a total value of $150, both standard and express shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination postcode and location within Australia.

You will be provided with the calculated shipping cost during the checkout process. Please ensure you enter your correct postcode and location to receive an accurate shipping cost.

Free Shipping for Orders Over $150:

All orders with a total value exceeding $150 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Express Postage for Orders Over $150:

If your order exceeds $150 and you wish to choose express postage, there will be an additional cost. This cost is calculated based on your postcode location in Australia.

The express postage option and its cost will be shown during the checkout process. Ensure you select this option if you want faster delivery.

Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro):

KAS now offers a Same Day Delivery option, exclusively for Sydney Metro residents, priced at a $30 flat fee. You will see this charge during checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Cut off is 1pm

General Provisions:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. KAS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

International shipping is now available at KAS.

Shipping Providers: We utilise two reputable international shipping carriers: DHL Express and Australia Post International. This ensures your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible.

Shipping Rates:

International shipping rates are determined based on the destination country and location. Your shipping cost will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. Rates are indicative of the specific location you provide, so please ensure accuracy when entering your shipping details.

Cushion Inserts:

All international orders placed with the KAS Australia website DO NOT include polyester inserts inside due to high freight charges. If you are located outside of Australia, KAS will only ship covers only.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Orders shipped outside of Australia will be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country.

All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. KAS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Times:

While DHL Express and Australia Post International and (USPS)
for America only are both reliable shipping carriers, please be aware that delivery times can vary based on your location, customs processing, and other external factors. We recommend tracking your package using the provided tracking number for the most up-to-date information on your order's location and expected delivery date.

Please note: you may be required to pay customs duties and import taxes as the parcel reaches your destination country. It is up to the receiver to pay these fees and KAS Australia cannot be held responsible. KAS Australia is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. DHL will pay the charges on the receiver's behalf and collect payment from the receiver prior to or on delivery. Generally DHL is unable to deliver parcels until these have been paid.

Parcels are sent via Australia Post or Startrack on their standard shipping service.

Deliveries to major cities include; Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Tasmania usually arrives within 2-3 working days.

Other cities and locations will usually arrive within 2-5 working days.

If you need your parcel urgently, there will be an additional cost. This cost is calculated based on your postcode location in Australia. The express postage option and its cost will be shown during the checkout process. Ensure you select this option if you want faster delivery. This is estimated to arrive in 1-2 days.

More remote interstate locations within Australia may experience a longer delivery timeframe. For more information on delivery timeframes please visit the Australia Post website here. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorisation or reliance on external freight services. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER & AVAILABILITY icon icon

Orders are processed at our warehouse in Sydney - Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim for every order to be on its way as quickly as possible - typically, orders are processed on the same or following working day of order placement and receipt of payment, however, during heavy sales periods processing may take up to 3 working days. Processing times are provided as a guide only. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. If we cannot source any of the items in your order, we will notify you via email or phone to confirm how you would like to proceed. We cannot be held responsible if our products are not available at a given point in time.

We deliver orders via Australia Post eParcel, a service which provides electronic tracking and the security of signature on delivery. We therefore, recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If your order includes any oversized items, we may elect to send your order via one of our freight services (of which you will be advised). If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left to let you know at which local Australia Post outlet your parcel is available for collection. All orders require a signature on receipt. Once items have been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to redirect orders.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with our Star Shipit courier system. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post or Couriers Please depot

If you place an order online and would like to pick it up from our outlet shop, simply select the store when completing the checkout process. No delivery charges will apply.

COVID-19 UPDATE icon icon

Due to the increased demand arising from the COVID-19 disruption, we are forecasting that orders may be delayed by a further 1-5 days. We are working closely with our courier partners to minimise delays, delivering your order as safely and quickly as possible.

For the safety of you and our Australia Post and Star track drivers, we have introduced contact-free delivery. Drivers will drop off your order on your doorstep, lobby or another area designated by you to avoid any unnecessary contact. The warehouse is currently receiving a hospital grade clean twice a day and the team are having their temperature checked before every shift to manage everybody's safety.

If you have yet to receive your order 15 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact our team at online@kasaustralia.com.au and we will open up an investigation with AusPost.
