Free in-store pickup

You can collect your online order at our KAS Retail Homewares store for free!

If you place an order online and would like to pick it up from our retail shop, simply select the store when completing the checkout process. No delivery charges will apply.

We are located at 110 Dalmeny Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018. Please walk to our main entrance and on the right is our Homewares shop. Our friendly staff team will provide you with your online pickup order. You may also call (02) 9317 5700 for directions and help. Our retail shop opening hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

How to organise a free in-store pickup - Organising a free in-store pickup of your online order is quick and easy!

Simply follow our easy steps below that show you how:

1.) Choose the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.

2.) When you have finished shopping, click 'Checkout' in the the screen.

3.) Underneath your shopping list, you'll see a tabled box which says, 'Pickup in-store (110 Dalmeny Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018) or your 'STANDARD SHIPPING' options.

4.) Now click on 'Continue to payment method'

5.) Hit the 'complete order button'.

6.) Once your order has been paid and processed you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

Somebody from our customer service team will contact you within 24-48 hours to pickup your order. Please make sure you bring your tax invoice order slip with you along with photo ID to confirm that you are the person who placed the order. If that person cannot attend the pickup, please nominate someone on your behalf with a reference slip or phone call.
